1 Dead Kings and Queens Wraith
Condition • Support Area
Shadow: Play a Nazgûl or Wraith Wraith to add a Wraith token here.
Shadow: Play a Wraith Wraith; that Wraith’s twilight cost is -1 for each token here. Discard this condition.
“‘A shadow came out of dark places far away, and the bones were stirred in the mounds.’”

Fantastic! Might make the first bit ’Wraith minion.’

Just when you thought we were done with those nasty Wraith conditions that transfer to companions...the Wraith Wraiths pull out some of their own. Twisted Evil Enjoy!

3 Dreadful Spell Wraith
Condition • Support Area
Vitality -1
Resistance -2
Skirmish: Heal an enduring Wraith minion or exert a non-enduring twilight Wraith minion to transfer this condition from your support area to a character in that skirmish that does not bear another condition.
Bearer may not be assigned to skirmishes by a Shadow player.
“Then a grip stronger and colder than iron seized him.”

4 Spell of the Mound Wraith
Condition • Support Area
Regroup: Exert an unwounded Wraith Wraith to transfer this condition from your support area to a character that does not bear another condition.
Bearer may not be assigned to skirmishes by the Free Peoples player.
“He turned, and there in the cold glow he saw lying beside him Sam, Pippin, and Merry. They were on their backs, and their faces looked deathly pale....”

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!

Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North!

I would make the first condition unique as it could auto kill a comp with its vitality -1. For the other condition, I would make it say: Exert an unwounded Wraith to transfer this condition from your support area to a character that does not bear another condition (Except the Ring-bearer).
Bearer may not be assigned to skirmishes by the Free Peoples player.
Otherwise, this condition is waaaaay too powerful.

I’d worry about this card, -1 vitality can be immediate death.

3 Spell of the Mound Wraith
Condition • Support Area
Maneuver or Regroup: Exert an unwounded Wraith Wraith to transfer this condition from your support area to a character that does not bear another condition.
Bearer may not be assigned to skirmishes by the Free Peoples player.
“He turned, and there in the cold glow he saw lying beside him Sam, Pippin, and Merry. They were on their backs, and their faces looked deathly pale....”

I’d seriously worry about this card too. It should transfer in the skirmish phase so at least the Free Peoples player has the choice who doesn’t fight in future.

Wait, you changed the first one to include the ability of the second one. Why?

I had to put something here.

Because of an idea KiE gave me.

And it’s actually NOT the same as the second one. Spell of the Mound prevents the FP player from assigning. Dreadful Spell now prevents ANYONE from assigning, so the Shadow player can’t assign that companion and cause more damage that way, either. BIG difference, and one that I think helps balance it out and make it balanced as a non-unique card.

But it forces the Free Peoples player to assign other people to fight in future, causing serious trouble for the rest of their fellowship, so I’m not sure it does balance. And too many of these makes for a tough (for you) and boring (for both) game!
