You could do something that reveals/discard trees from hand to make the site a forest until the end of the turn.
Or a condition which plays on a site, and to play reveals/discards trees from hand. |

Made some tweaks. Thanks, guys!
I’m still working on some more cards, but for now, here’s one I’ve been holding in reserve. Enjoy!
Ill Will of the Wood
Condition • Support Area
Each time the fellowship moves to a forest site during the regroup phase, spot a Tree minion to make the Free Peoples player choose to either add a threat or exert 2 companions.
“The air seemed heavy and the making of words wearisome. Just behind them a large branch fell from an old overhanging tree with a crash into the path. The trees seemed to close in before them.”
How’s THAT for discouraging double-moves? And it ain’t even unique! |

Maybe make it a condition? That’ll certainly scare the Free People player for the double move. Or have a Tree exert as a cost, to work with their Enduring. Anyway, cool idea! |

Hmm. Pretty good. It’d be cool as a condition, with "Each time the fellowship moves to a forest during the regroup phase..." if you’d like to do it that way.
