Response: Each time a minion is played, you may exert a companion to wound that minion.

Each time the fellowship moves, exert a companion.
Each time you leave a sanctuary, you may heal a companion twice.

Event Skirmish
Discard a fortification to make an opponent wound an minion twice, or remove two threats.
Watching with hope

bearer must be a companion.
Each knight is -1 twilight.
At the start of the manuever phase, if you can spot more minions than companions, add a threat.

Shadow: Each time a is played, make a knight defender +1.
Should be minion...and as it is, it’s an incredibly powerful condition. At the very least, drop the last ability (which should be Response:) If you look at this, it basically lets you play any fortification for free. That’s a hefty card right there!

VERY interesting card! for this one! Cost and benefit are well-balanced. To abuse this one, you’d have to clog your hand.

Not useful enough, and too powerful when it is useful. Say..."Exert a Man to make a minion skirmishing that man strength -1 for each fortification you can spot." It reminds me of Fifth Level.

Hmm...reword that last sentence: "At the start of the maneuver phase, if you can spot more minions..." And it can simply say "Each knight’s twilight cost..." I like it. |

The second action needs to be a phase ability like Fellowship: If this companion is exhausted...
Also, you don’t need that first comma in the herb-playing action.

The Maneuver action shouldn’t be a Maneuver: action, its just something which gets triggered (and not even in the maneuver pahse.) "Each time bearer wins a skirmish, heal him." works just by itself.

Very nice. You don’t need to define X in this particular card though, with X as the number of times you exert, because X is decided by the FP player, not something which is defined by, say, the number of cultures in play, or whatever which is not decided by a player.
Sharpening the weapons
Event Maneuver
Add a threat to make each companion bearing a hand weapon damage +1.
Should make it until the regroup phase, because the effects only last until the end of the current phase unless otherwise specified.
A threat to Sauron
Event Shadow
Exert 3 knights, to remove all threats on your dead pile. You opponent may discard 2 minions to prevent this.
The FP player should NEVER have shadow events. That’s sorta like Shadow having Fellowship events. But make it maneuver, and it’ll be good.
Overall, very nice cards, just have some technical errors. No real problems with any that I could see, besides the last one. |

Not bad! I’d make the second part of the first sentence say: "...you may make it twilight cost -1 or heal a companion..."
