| If you have payed with paypal/credit card, and it says pending, what does that mean? |

At this time, our system is not linked directly to PayPal, which means orders remain "pending" until processed by an actual human. (You'll receive an email notification when your order status is updated.)
So, this is nothing to worry about; a "pending" order doesn't necessarily indicate any problem or delay. However, if it has been more than 24 hours since you made your payment, you may want to make sure that your payment went through. (Check your PayPal account history, or look for a PayPal receipt in your email inbox.) |
