While Haldir is at a forest site, he gains archer. In a skirmish involving Haldir, he may exert to be strength +2 (limit +4). Regroup Remove

for each exhausted companion you spot.

What do you think?

Needs rewording like follows...

•Haldir, Elf of Lorien Elven

Elven

Companion • Elf
Strength: 6
Vitality: 3
Resistance: 6
While Haldir is at a forest, he is an archer. At the start of the regroup phase, remove

for each exhausted companion.
Skirmish: Exert Haldir to make him strength +2 (limit twice per skirmish).

As he is, he’s an interesting card. I think he’s got too much stuff there. And I dunno if I’d use him. There’s other ways to ditch twilight. But not a bad card.

I think he should have 5 strength, like all versions of Haldir besides Warrior Messenger. But not too shabby at all.

You dont phrase it up to 2 times BD, it has to read (limit +4) or (limit twice per phase).

The problem you have by making it a regroup action is you can do it as many time as you want so according to your gametext even if there was 1 exhausted companion you could do it 100 times to remove 100 pool. You have to say "At the start of the regroup phase..." or " If the fellowship moves in the regroup phase...." to make it balanced and work only once.

Remember phase actions in bold can be done however many times u meet the cost. This has no cost but spotting so its WAY overpowered.

should I make it be: when the fellowship moves to the regroup phase, spot an exhauseted companion and you may remove

I had the limit +4, but when CG did his thing, it was different, so then I tried something different. I like the limit +4 the best...

If you want to phrase it like that it would be: If the fellowship moves in the regroup phase spot an exhausted companion to remove 2. Or if the fellowship moves in the regroup phase remove 2 for each exhausted companion you can spot, if you wanted to go with ur original idea.
