Designer’s Note: I was thinking of a card that if played right could be used to devastating effect. However, the twilight cost and the combo intensive ability makes it difficult to pull off. Add another wound if you survive to the regroup phase, and this card can definitely see some use.

Bearer must be Gorgothruin.
When you play this, you may make a companion (except the Ring-bearer) lose a keyword until the regroup phase. If that companion is an archer, make that companion lose archer.

OK this is a "random possession" since my balrog doesn’t need a ranged weapon (yet) or another hand weapon.

Not bad not bad, certainly good synergy.

Hmm i would have made it at the start of skirmish rather than being able to do it multiple times but thats nitpicking. Pretty good.

LOL apart from the (assuming) star trek cross over which should be support area i guess, its alright. Not sure of its usefulness as the minion is going to have to be a pretty low strength.

The wording of it should work, what AP meant was that you should have requirements, like "Bearer must be an Elf.", which I don’t think you need. |
