I have a question.
If I use Vilya, Ring of Air’s ability and happen to discard Sauron, is the minion skirmishing my companion strength -18, as Sauron’s base twilight cost is, or does it change to a lesser number as I can spot threats, burdens etc...?

Ingold55 is correct.
Edit: Assuming you mean the Reflections Sauron. The Sauron from Bloodlines only has a twilight cost of 16. |
