Movie block sites to standard sites total conversion

Because of the premature dead of LOTR tcg, there are too few sites in this game. I am going to convert all old movie block sites to standard format.

Basically need some balancing and grammar help with these card. There are some cards that are not in balance with others. So any feedback can be usefull! Those new sites are standard and LOTR MAP system compatible.

The format is:

- problems with the card
- possible solutions

Reply directly to post considerin the card you are going to comment.

It would be a great help! There is a lot of text that can be used with very little rewriting.

I have been looking trough my old collection for finding all those old site cards. So the proses is running...
I think that first edition of first conversion are out during this week

Problem:
The card is too powerful. (Or is it?) It provides burden removal to elves, that was removed in Standard format.

Solution:
I put region restriction to the card. Is it enough or should the whole text to be rewriten, for another effect. Healing? Card draving? Deck manipulation? (both are more suitable for elves in standard environment)

Variation B:
House of Elrond
Game Text: River. When the fellowship moves to this site during the regroup phase, the Free Peoples player may spot 2 Elves to reconsile his or her hand.

Problem:
The card is too powerful. Compare to Courtyard Paparet 13U188, that was banned. In map system this is not so bad, but in standard format it can be really bad.

Solution:
There is region restriction in card. Is it enough? Or should the whole card text be rewriten?

The old version was too powerful

Solution:
I redused the ability to play cards from discard by changing the game text. Is it ok now? or should the spot number be 2 minions (so max 5 minion with the card text, now you can get 6 (3 from hand and 3 from discard pile)
