I had a weird thought, what would happen if Ted Sandyman, Chief’s Men’s Ally was in play bearing Saruman, Servant of Sauron and the free peoples player had Little Golden Flower in play? Think

Would Sandyman have 1 Resistance or what?

While interesting, I would say no on the grounds that the rules state that only companions can have resistance.

So that means that minions just don’t have 0 resistance, they have nothing resistance (can’t add 1 to nothing).
