How can something which is represented by a symbol be a keyword, unless the symbol represents a word..?
I just confused myself.. Confused

No more than being unbound or being a knight. There are no rules attached to any of those keywords.

Ring-Bound is an unloaded keyword because the comprehensive rules book says it is:

Race (such as Man, Elf, Ent, Orc, Uruk-hai, or Wizard) is an unloaded keyword.
Sites have unloaded keywords like battleground, dwelling, forest, marsh, mountain, plains, river, and underground. Other unloaded keywords include besieger, Corsair, Easterling, engine, fortification, knight, machine, ranger, Ring-bound, search, Southron, spell, stealth, tale, tracker, valiant, villager, and warg-rider.


A comprehensive list of loaded keywords follows:
Card Type (Event, Ally, Possession, Companion, Condition, Minion, Artifact, Follower, Site)
Class (Armor, Bracer, Hand Weapon, Weapon, Ranged Weapon, Ranged (should be weapon), Helm, Horn, Cloak, Shield, Pipe, Ring, Mount, Staff, Palantir, Phial, Box, Brooch)
