Laughing well, i feel strange asking this but, what’s the difference between "event-skirmish" and "event
skirmish"?

No difference what-so-ever. The second version is what was used from FotR till EoF, and then with RotK they decided they would make things more streamlined and efficient by adding the phase next to the word "Event".
