this is a deck with both sides, minions and freeps. this is the first deck that actually has somewhat of a point to it. usually I just throw in a bunch of cards rom the same culture and call it a deck. the freeps side is gondor rangers with the whole roaming minion thing. my minion side is mainly southron archers.

there isnt that much statagy to the freeps side other than make the monion roaming and win the skirmish this is the list of cards:

The free peoples side i changed to be more consistent with your goal.
Madril is a free start so why not and it can kill threat decks. Faramir is +2 against roaming and you can start him. Rangers claoks are good so pack 4 and the same with ithilen blade. War and valor and Swordsman ensure you win youre skirmishes I also cut down your deck size as well. Mablung exerts to exhaust a minion and with rangers bow he can exert to wound a roaming minion so you can exert to exhaust then again to kill. Frodo Loses a burden when you play a ring bound companion so theres a 4 burdens away just by playing guys.

Whirling Strike x4
Red Wrath x4
Conditions: 4
(+1 vitality and enduring) x4
then u need 7 more minions and i would recommend only archers or good wounders. I dont know the southerons too well but red wrath and whirling strike are good and the condition gives ur desert lord another exertion and he is endring. Also Raiders bow is better than Southeron bow because it costs less and gives u ambush 5 so you can use your whirling strike and Red Wrath. |

Oh yeah, and I also chose the cards I did, either because I have them, or because I didnt think that they would be to hard to get... |

Definitely add some Hardy Garrison. Great wounding for Madril. Where’s Pippin, Wearer of Black and Silver? Start him with Faramir, Son of Denethor. If you run him, run Home and Hearth.
Power According to His Stature would also be a good card, if you do run that, use Daddy Twofoot, Next-Door Neighbor. Great wounding. |

I am not sure what all these cards do, but they seem to be moving away from the whole ranger/roaming minion thing...

Pippin, Skirmish: return to hand to wound a roaming minion twice. Must have for any ranger deck.
Hardy Garrison-condition: Each time you lose initiative, wound a minion (Madril).
Power According to His Stature-event: Add a burden to wound each minion skirmishing the ring-bearer.
Daddy Twofoot-follower: Aid-Add a burden When transfered grab a  event from discard pile (PATHS).
Home An Hearth: Yeah, gets away from the strategy a little, but it peels burdens. Each time you play a hobbit, remove a burded (Pippin going to hand over and over means you peel burden). If you run Daddy and PATHS, you must have this condition.
They’re great additions for the deck. But Pippin is a MUST HAVE. |

| If you start with Faramir, CoG and Ranger of Ithilien, then you can add Arrows Thick in the Air. Great Card for the RB Rangers, but you just need 2, so yea. |
