I think strength and/or resistance 7 is seriously pushing it, especially given that he’s an archer. I’d reduce one or perhaps both of those stats, or maybe his vitality instead.

Those 2 abilities are not comparable, so it seems crazy to have the same cost for both. Making 1 Elf strength +2 is much closer to healing a companion, and healing 2 or 3 companions is much closer to making each Elf strength +1, depending on which way you wanted to go.

Wow risky. Not quite as risky as the T&D Isildur but still. Balanced i guess but could be better bonus than just heal someone.

Seems hell of a cost to just heal someone. The other text is ok but weird.

I understand your thinking behind this card (ie. limited bearer so better ability) but I think neither is enough to balance the other, so I would raise the cost to .
