Having played a few card games with tapping i understand that mechanism. Not sure if i would use in lotr but i’ll see.

One question NB. For the ~6 cards do i pick one culture and produce a collection of cards that all work well with resources or do i do 1 from each culture that just references resources.

I get the majority of the task just need a quick clarification.

Pick one culture and make the cards ONLY for that culture. OR you can go with "generic" resources used for rainbow decks.

Yeah...well...having just constructed 2 (two) new decks...I don’t have many spare cards. At least, spare cards that are worth it.

Ok second question that has occured to me as i start making my DC’s. If you get 1 resource for having a majority culture fellowship etc. How does the shadow get one? Do they even auto get one? Or do they have to play cards just to get the first 1?
