I thought we weren’t capitalising ’ardor’? Whatever, it’s your set! Razz Ambush would streamline the card, but I understand if you don’t want to use it.

Not much to say but good one all in all.

Yep, +4 might be a bit much. +3 is probably enough.

Add a vitality or strength bonus and it’s solid! Otherwise, not so useful.

I agree with Thran.

Oh, and the hammer is missing a comma after "invaders."

Oops. Darn it. Im not! The text file i made these in was done before you pointed that out!

Thanks for the reviews guys. Have some conditions.

2 • Wind of War Orc
Condition • Support Area
While you can spot 2 Orc invaders, each Orc Orc is strength +1.
While you can spot 4 Orc invaders, each Orc Orc is strength +3.
Skirmish: Discard this condition to make an Orc strength +3 (or +4 if that Orc is an invader).
"..the Vale of Anduin waited for the onset of a ruinous storm."
U

1 Breach the Defenses Orc
Condition • Support Area
Each time an Orc invader wins a skirmish you may discard this condition to make the free peoples player discard one of his or her conditions.
"’They have taken the wall!’ men cried. ’They are blasting breaches in it. They are coming!’"
C

1 • Devouring Light Orc
Condition • Support Area
To play spot 2 Orc minions.
While the fellowship is unbalanced, each unbound companion is strength -1.
Maneuver: Discard this condition to make each companion strength -1 until the regroup phase.

I would drop the cost to 1 and give it toil 1. Thumbs Up

The Free Peoples player should have a way to prevent it IMO, such as adding 3. Smile

Good card, but a bit clumsy. Maybe you could replace the first ability with a kind of burrito, so something like: ’While you can spot 2 Orc invaders, each Orc Orc is strength +1. While you can spot 4 Orc invaders, each Orc Orc is strength +1’, then you’re limiting what could possibly be a too powerful ability as well as making it a little more elegant and flowing. You could even change the boost that way, so maybe +3 altogether for having 4?

Nice, though AP does have a point as Orc cards like giving the Free Peoples player unreasonable choices (for example the card ’Unreasonable Choice’).

3 is a bit much for a shadow condition. Maybe you could make it exert 2 Orc minions and take it down to 1 or something similar? Love the abilities though - very Orkish.

The wording is okay (just like Encirclement, right?) but it seems pretty darn powerful... maybe limit the initial strength boost to +2 and +4 if the minion is an invader.

This card is okay, because it’s already making the freeps player make a choice... WHICH of their conditions to discard? Unless they only have one condition. And if they only have one condition, it deserves to be discarded.

Another unavoidable wording problem. Meh. Should be uncommon.
