Okay, I’ve been wanting to do this for a while. Everyone make EXTREMELY OP DCs. I’ll start.
 •Gollum, Little Toad 
Strength: 5
Vitality: 4
Site Number: 3
Each time you play Gollum, you may play a minion from your draw deck or discard pile. its twilight cost is -2.
Skirmish: Remove a threat to make the Free Peoples player wound a companion for each threat you spot. |

Argh making it broken is too easy! I cant make any up as there are infinite possibilites if they arent balanced. I.e.

This condition cannot be discarded or removed from the game, sorry you are stuck with it. While you can spot more then one minion, each minion is strength -20. Each unique companions cannot be killed or discarded. Each time a unique minion is assigned to a non-unique companion, and you cannot spot another minion kill a companion

Each time this minion wins a skirmish, suspend the current phase and start a new skirmish phase involving this minion and the companion with the highest strength.
The aquatic chickens were feared all across the land. |

I was thinking balanced, but oh well. This is cool. Something creative that doesn’t immediately strike you as broken, but once you look at it for a while...
Broken In Victory 
Event • Skirmish
Make a minion strength +2. You may then spot a companion to return this event to hand.
"Ever seen a one card infinite loop?"
Boomerang 
Event • Archery
Make the fellowship archery total +1. Each time a minion takes a wound in the archery phase, you may wound a minion. Return this event to your hand.

When you play this artifact, you may play up to 4 conditions from your draw deck or discard pile.
Each time you play a possession, you may discard that possession to play a possession from your discard pile.
