The point of the deck is to set up fast with accelerators like Coalition Relic and Lotus Bloom as well as heavy duals of some sort and Shimmering Grottos. That gives you a large multi-color mana base. You shouldn’t have to use the painlands that much, but they’re there in case you do. Joiner Adept and Celestial Dawn are there to make sure the multi-color manabase stays intact.

Ancestral Vision and Lotus Bloom are great for storming with Volcanic Awakening to kill big lands. Especially since you can sac the Lotus Blooms for help in playing Volcanic Awakening. Rain of Tears and Mwonvuli Acid-Moss are kinda "duh" cards for land killing, and Mwonvuli Acid-Moss can help set up your manabase by grabbing forests. Damnation clears the board of any creatures that get through, followed immediately by Numot for a finisher (and land-killer).

Now to test it and a burn deck.
