I think the burden adding is too powerful. Limit it to companions losing skirmishes against Nazgul, and I think it’s better. Right now, this guy is WAY too splashable.

Now onto our next of the ’Big Three’, so to speak.
• Ulaire Toldea, Corrupted by Wealth
Minion • Nazgul
Str: 12
Vit: 3
Sit: 3
Fierce.
When you play Ulaire Toldea, you may remove  to play a or  artifact from your draw deck.
Each time the fellowship moves, you may remove to play a or artifact from your discard pile.
• Ring of Rancor, Of the Nine
Artifact • Ring
Legendary .
Bearer must be a Nazgul.
Bearer gains enduring 1.
Response: If a player reconciles, spot Ulaire Toldea to return the Ring of Rancor to your hand.
And now a support card, which is part of a Shadow cycle which is reflecting a FP cycle we’ve already seen, which we’ll go onto a bit later:
Terrible Servants
Event • Shadow
Exert a minion (or spot Sauron) to play a Nazgul from your discard pile.
At the start of the regroup phase, you may discard a minion to take this event into hand from your discard pile.

Im really dubious about giving nazgul enduring but maybe cos its just 1 then ok.

Cool but ur already playing cross culture so ur hand is gonna consist of mixed cards and this aint gonna be one of the most useful in there. I just dont think corss cultures work very well so i dont really things like this very much, i would never use it.

Fair enough: multiculture Shadow has never been strong, though what this card (and the cycle as a whole) does more of is make into a toolbox like  .
