Because one is being sold by TH13 and the other by an online store.
Nah, if you’re talking about CCG Obsession, one is the promo and the other is regular. I’m no good at promo values but I can’t believe it’s still selling for so high. |

The $0.70 one is the premium found in every Legolas RotEl starter deck (what I meant by "regular"). The other is the promo given out in RotEl pre-release tournaments. Both premiums and promos can share the same ’P’ designation. |

To piggy-back on "Socks’" comment... a promo card will always have a "0" (zero) before the "P". A premium...or starter card...will have the set number and THEN the "P". Just a little extra fuel... |

Yeah, it drives me crazy when a seller lists a card as a promo, then when I look at it, it’s a card from a starter deck! That P was really confusing. Like NB said, it’s much better when they put S on the starter cards, rather than P. |
