You need working on card numbers before you start building decks. Right now, every deck I see from you is an amalgam of 1 of this, 2 of that, 2 of those, etc, and although a lot of competitive decks DO look like that, to get to that point you need some serious working. Do what I did, focus on a strategy. Then, sort out the best cards for the strategy. Play 4 of those. THEN, and only then, can you start working on quantities. For instance, say you want an aggro deck, and want to play green. Start with:

4 Llanowar Elves
4 Elvish Warrior
4 Grounbreaker
4 Might of Old Krosa
4 Chameleon Colossus
4 Tarmogoyf
4 Garruk Wildspeaker
4 Call of the Herd
4 Ohran Viper
2 Loxodon Warhammer
1 Pendelhaven
21 Forests

From HERE, we can try to help you out. But if you start already with a bunch of 1-ofs and 2-ofs, it gets REALLY hard to help. Also, for now, try to stick with monocolored decks, it tends to be easier (although not the most powerful ones, of course)

nothing wrong with running a quad, but sometimes you dont need 4 of a card.

I know, my point is that you don’t seem to be ready yet to tell for sure when you can run only 1 or 2 of a card. For 4 ofs and 3 ofs, most players are fine. That’s my point. So i’d recommend you started with 4 ofs, 3 ofs tops.
