I VOTE FOR IN BRACKET ONE:
Cobra
Didn’t like the card, but Ingold’s was brutally technical and too much Yeahdfl.
Sick.
I VOTE FOR IN BRACKET TWO:
I cannot
I VOTE FOR IN BRACKET THREE:
Phazanzar
Same reason as cobra.
I VOTE FOR IN BRACKET FOUR:
sickofpalantirs
Hazael’s card was broken. nuff said.
Now, I hereby make this decree.
I, theOmnipotentOne (referred to as "X"), state that in my upmost and completely unabiding and omniscient power that "X" has complete political power over Hazael (referred to as "Y"), Phazanzar (referred to as "Z"), pipsqueak (referred to as "S"), Cobra (referred to as "X4"), Ingold55 (reffered to as "G2") and AnxiousChieftain (referred to as "T4-3").
This political power that X has over S, Y, Z, X4, T4-3, and G2 will be forced upon at no point in anyway.
If S misbehaves in anyway. X shall pummel him with 4 large mallets.
If Z misbehaves in anyway, X shall use naughty words upon him.
If Y misbehaves in anyway, X shall angerly throw an eraser at him.
If X4 misbehaves in anyway, X shall angerly shake fists at him.
If T4-3 misbehaves in anyway, X shall make him regret it.
If G2 misbehaves in anyway, X shall give him Boromir, Hero of Osgiliath and a Grimbeorn, Beorning Chieftain then take them away quickly, leaving him to cry. So has it been written, so has it (will be) enforced.
Have a nice day. |

I thought like this: You can have 4 out. Hence why I said (limit once). Plus, it sticks with them the entire turn... say... a player plays a minon of 3 vit, you can use x2 cards on it and that minion must exert twice when it’s assigned.
Or are you saying it would be perfectly acceptable to have 4 out so every [orc] minion would have to exert up to 4 times when they are assigned to companions? I guess I didn’t take the [orc] into account when I made it
My votes:
Bracket 1: Cobra - I don’t see why Ingold brought galadriel into it :S
Bracket 2: AC - tOO’s was ... weird. I liked AC’s.
Bracket 3: -----
Bracket 4: sick’s. Hazael = ouch. |

Yes, exactly!
One reason is that exerting minions is not that helpful on its own. Even with several copies of your new Foes of Mordor on the table, so that every single [orc] minion is exhausted when assignments are made, that’s not all that powerful. It’s pretty darn cool, but doesn’t actually do much unless you’re packing skirmish-phase wounding or maybe a card like Pursuit Just Behind.
Another reason is that cards like this one (that is, cards that only target a specific culture) have every right to be overpowered! If it’s worthless 80% of the time, it better be really good the other 20%. Unless playing it creates a true auto-win situation, it will be a fair card overall IMO. |

Would you rather have me throw an eraser at you, use naughty words upon you, or make you regret it? |
