The move limit is -1.
while you can spot three fortifacations, Turgon cannot be overwhelmed unless his strength is tripled.
Skirmish: Spot two elves and exert Turgon to wound a minion twice.
(6) •Fingolfin [Noldor]

resistance 9
valiant defender +1
Maneuver: Spot a [Morgoth] Minion and exert Fingolfin three times, to wound a minion three times.
if you spot more minions than companions, discard Fingolfin.

Valiant Damage +1
Fellowship: Exert a Noldor companion once to heal another Noldor companion twice. (limit 1)

with that move limit thing he is balanced out a good card

Umm you only get one fellowship phase at the start of your turn so his ability is pointless. of course all these opinions Are IMHO not law |

The idea is neat-o, but Feanor’s ability is definately broken, because he can heal all wounds except one from all Noldor Companions. It’s insane. |

Possession Armor
bearer must be a [Noldor] companion.
Each time bearer is about to take a wound, discard a card from hand to prevent that wound.

Condition
Bearer must be a [Noldor] companion.
Strength 2
Resistance –2
If bearer is killed, shuffle this condition into your draw deck.
Regroup: Discard this condition to discard a minion.
(5) Host in Mail [Noldor]

Event Skirmish
Exert three [Noldor] companions, to transfer an armor possession to another companion. (limit 2).
(2) Swords of the Noldor [Noldor]
