Anyone built a deck based on this card? I mean, I've seen Charbelcher, D-Storm, IGGy Pop and Solidarity run storm combos, but it seems to me like this deck could be used to accelerate storm decks, like, dropping it at around 5 or 6 to blast off another set of free accelerators, or use it in conjunction with a bunch of storm cards to set up a super-storm, or just run a bunch of big, hasty beaters.

Any thoughts on the best way to use this card?

Mind's Desire was pretty popular in Extended last season, although not a top tier deck, definitely around there. There was a UG deck based around it that sought to create a big enough storm to Brain Freeze the opponent to death.
