It's too raw. You have to draw into a Prerrogative, a Thrumming Stone AND be able to ramp up the mana curve to pull it off. I'd pack only 1-2 Prerrogative, 1-2 Stones and some tutors, for starters. I'd also lose Chrome Mox (it's not that good when your winning spell already costs 5 mana) for some extra lands (add in some more fetchlands and probably painlands).
