Basically your strategy is to swarm with orcs. i like more (or started to like more after playing) orc swarm since i don't need keyward and it's
warg. And with this deck you can easily pull two mountain-trolls per shadow (other has fierce)
Mountain-troll pays 10 pool which is problem against choke. there is couple ways to try go around
1) try get multiple
goblin hordes in play and draw only pool giving/free minions (try get 5minions at same time to hand)
Mount Doom is your safe way to get minions back(Usually choke="site control")
2)
Orkish Worker . But only if your opponent plays forest nazgul. its not instant win but once you pop nazgul you can start smiling (anything between 5+ casting cost is fine, 4 is poor man's runner)
Chamber patrol has two uses. It makes site an underground at region 2 and its nice boost at 3.
Watchful orc replaces underground site for you if
unforgiving depths gets discarded. I don't play more than one since 4cost is much in this deck from a orc. I think
chamber patrol as a emergency underground so it kinda replaces second
watchful orc(if you wonder why i don't play 2x
watchful orc).
Isengard underling is is basically this decks "Mr. Combo".
Unreasonable choice makes people to discard conditions or you get free minions from
mountain-troll. Underling costs 4 to play from discard pile +
unreasonable choice gives two pool, it costed normal price but pretty cheap from discard pile. or you get that condition destroyed and that's always good.

When-mountain-troll-hits-playdiscard-pile-costs:
Scurrying goblin 1
Orkish runner (at region 2... 2 and at reg 3 1)
Orkish Worker (you can win game if you get +6 , 4=0 otherwise it costs 1-4)
Isengard underling 4
Watchful orc/
Orc Patrol = 5 (ugh, other reason why i don't play more of them )
About sites:
Mount Doom is always good to have
Sirannon ruins 4number + you can change site for underground
Shores of new hithoel (when everything else fails)
at least 5-6 underground sites
Cards that are playable:
Bound to its Fate (burdens... burdens...

)
Dread and despair (not as good as
unreasonable choice but it has 0cost+ you get new card for worker if it fails)
Massing strength (something for
the faithful stone)
Forced march (run over sanctuary ,or when you need more pool against choke decks (probably both))
Orkish Lackey (its great card but it doesn't give pool which can big a problem)

mountain-troll is making barrel rolls with orcs. i can post in expanded other deck if you want but i give some hints.
DemoralizedRallying orcorc skulkertroll's keyward Orc HammerArmed for battleWell its not perfect and choke is still problem. But you can fight against it.
The faithful stone is evil and
ithilien blade makes trolls disappear but ... once you "pop", others can't stop.

EDIT: yeah i forgot Orkish scouts since i don't own them. they could easily replace scurrying goblins and by doing that you don't need 3x
unforgiving depths (but 4x
goblin hordes comes handy +
forced march) also
orkish scout is good with 2-3 shadow number too.
