Using galadriel and Celeborn allies because they were less than useless as companions, as do Rosie! but they can pump aragorn and Faramir with The last alliance of Elves and Men. Some possessions for the starting fellowship, and aragorn/arwen strenght mechanism.
Sam is there just to suicide himself when things get harder!

This is an awesome idea. Apart from making couples jokes (Frodo and Sam, for example? ) there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the deck. Problem is Arwen's Fate is not a good card. You might want to pack some healing like Farewell to Lorien or Athelas/ Kingsfoil to support it and other exertions. There's also no reason to run 2 steeds - you can grab your steed site 1 at Stables. Nor should you use 2 Rider's Bow as it's really not that essential that Eowyn gets one. You should also use Lady of Ithilien, who is much better than Dernhelm.

I think he can't afford Stables as site 1 because he needs The Prancing Pony to nab Thorongil out of his deck early.
