This deck focuses on Pippin, Steadfast Friend with Everyone Knows and some vitality boosts, combined with Scouring of the Shire and Merchant of Westfold with Cast from the Hall.
Merchant takes tokens of SotS and puts them on Cast from the Hall, so they stay big, and Pippin stays big

hmm, it seems a bit tricky to me. Nice thought with Merry though. Wouldn't it be wise to pack a horse for the Merchant to add tokens on Border Patrol?

Too hard to pull off at the moment hence why I need the advice. Border Patrol can come out, its a waste of time.

Any suggestions to make it work?

Have you used this deck before? What kind of shadow does it do badly against?

NG and Archery would butcher this deck

You know, I actually think NG would be a good matchp for the deck. Because you usually don't need to strength with NG, and the high vitality really helps in absorbing hits. I mean, come on, any ol' hobbit with a sword can survive a Shelob attack.

The point for this deck is Pippin to be strong, but with low vitality you don't get a strong Pip. With Stables you are able to grab a horse immediately. With this size and vital cards needed you need a fast drawing shadow, maybe the shadow NB designed. Other than that, Moving this Way doesn't need further explanation.

But also, against NG, you don't need a strong Pip. 5 strength will suffice to survive a NG deck in that way.

Sorry to resurrect old threads but I have tinkered with this deck and this is what I am happy with.
