So in theory this deck should work. Thumbs Up

 Starrting:
Boromir, Bearer of Council w/ The One Ring, Answer to All Riddles

 Fellowship:
 2x Blade of Gondor
 4x Athelas
 O Elbereth! Gilthoniel!
 Bow of Minas Tirith
 2x Houses of Healing
 Gondorian Steed
 2x Heirs of Gondor
 4x Guarded City
 Ranger's Cloak
 The Saga of Elendil
 Armor of the White City
 2x Faramir's Company
 Shield of the White Tree
Horn of Boromir, The Great Horn
 The Faithful Stone
 Spirit of the White Tree
 Scroll of Isildur
4x Sapling of the White Tree
 Prized Lagan

So, like I said, in theory this should work. Load him up, use Guarder City on House of Healing and Heirs of Gondor. Heal him with HoH, Athelas and Faramir's Company. TSoE and RC Give him more health, The Artifacts give him Resistance.

 Comments For improvement?

Yeah, perhaps toss in Prized Lagan (might as well use it, eh?) to un-fierce pesky minions. And then a Hearts Raised to remove the threats added by that and Faramir's Company. Thumbs Up

LOL you can't use sapling to prevent the wounds when Boromir battles. Sorry to be the one to give the bad news.

Still think ur adding a huge amount of twilight for a solo deck. You'll get smashed in the face by any swarm deck, specially since you can't manipulate the sitepath to play Caras Galadhon over and over.

A friend of mine played boromir with Aragorn, WTG... that's sooo much better, even then he used the shards of narsil and still sharp and 4x Gondor Bowmen.

Say you play just one houses of healing at site 3. 3 + 3 (region) + 3 (site) + 1 (boromir) = 10. My forest nazgul will eat boromir alive at site 4, and all you did was play a houses of healing.

Yeah, any solo RB strategy sucks if the solo in question has a skirmish drawback.  Angry

I'm with LK on this one, WTG with BoC seems much stronger than BoC on his own - you're giving out too much twilight. And if you run WTG, you can use Pathfinder and Well-Traveled to control the site path (Fords of Isen? How YOU Doin'?).

Yea, I'm not liking the 3 burdens part.
try to use isildur instead and use the shadows ring.  Thumbs Up
with scroll of Isildur and those saplings, as long as you use Isildur and the rangers cloaks, this might work. Is there A gondorian way to remove burdens?

No sign no sound no tranquil ring
We try to tell its quantity
yet fail to see the point
Only one can know of it

But only wait for it to change
Inside the soul of it we lay

no, there is no Gondorian way of peeling of burdens, at least, that is from the top of my head..and if there is such, again which I can not imagine, it will not be easy...BTW, horn of boromir is also nice, adds 1 to the resistance.

Dude there's no way to do a solo deck with a Gondor ringbearer. The best you can do is pair one of them with aragorn, wtg, nstts, gondor bowmen, the shards of narsil, still sharp and other stuff that costs very little twilight, otherwise it won't work either.

The easiest burden removal I can think of would be tossing in Goldberry (who can potentially provide some strength if you need it, too) and NfFatRoD. That's as many as 4 burdens removed, which ain't too shabby. That's the only way I can think of without using other companions like Hobbits or Smeagol.

Even at that, you could use Pippen, WoBaS without adding too much twilight.
I think that would be kind of a funky deck, but it could work.

Edit: then you could make it a fortification deck and have ranger's and bows swords and the whole lot...but wait...wasn't the point of this deck to have a solo... Doh!
Sorry, Gog, I don't think It would perform very well...
