Hi guys...

please imagine the following:

the fellowship is at this site: Breeding Pit of Isengard (15U188) - so the first hunter minion played is twilight cost -2.

I can spot two threats and in my hand I got the following:
1x Later than you think
1x Ulaire Lemenya Eternally threatening

If I play Later than you think and remove two burdens my Nazgul would get Hunter 2 and is twilight cost -2.

Now, there is my question: would this Nazgul be twilight cost zero due to this site?

I think yes; when you play Lemenya, he's a hunter, so he's the first hunter you played at this site, so he should be free.

That's just a guess though.
