Does this text activate: •Radagast Deceived (13R80) if Gandalf or Radagast heal at a sanctuary?
If so is the condition moved immediately from your support area (Before the FP plays any cards?)
Would other cards that have: 'each time a minion is played' trigger aswell or is it still a condition for this purpose or is it not actually 'played'?

- It triggers each time a Wizard heals, which includes healing at a sanctuary.

- The condition immediately leaves your support area (reference the entry for A Shadow Rises).

- It doesn't count as a minion being played.

The condition's text would activate and it would immediately move from the support area as a minion, yes. As to your second question, no; the card wasn't "just played", so nothing that activates off playing a minion would have a chance to activate.
