Because if his combo with Courageous Easterling and such... not the most deadly combo but it will kill the unprepared. The real question is how can you allow Orkish Smith! Goblin Hordes, Forced March! |

I am wellkinded, but " Demoralized" is a real evil card. If allowing this, it is like allowing Mordor Fiend... I think I would like to disagree to release it from x-list. Please, keep it banned! |

Simply making it unique would make it bearable... but that's beside the point. This is the French x-list and I doubt they will care about any other country's input.

This list just looks like the French can't handle different strategies. I still don't see any good reasons for these to be banned: - Demoralized 11U114 Troll swarm- inifinite combo with rapid reload, keep it banned. - New Chapter 13U154 Kills the Horn combo. Keep it banned until you can find a better solution. - Bill Ferny, Agent Of Saruman 15R72 Kills the unprepared, yeah, so be prepared. I'd allow it. - Mountain-Troll 15R112 You already killed Demoralized. No reason to kill this guy. - Shadowfax, Greatest of the Mearas 17R24 So toss in a threat manipulator deck and corruption's screwed, I get that. - Orkish Lackey 17C80 Well, with Smith out there, I'd kill this. - Doorway to Doom 18U134 Can see why its banned, hoses certain strategies completely. - Mithlond 18U136 Why? - Steward's Tomb 18U139 Sanctuary problem, yes, but it hoses you too. - The One Ring, The Great Ring 19P1 Can also see why its banned. - Ulaire Nertea, Dark Horseman 19P38 Seriously. Yeah Demoralised cannot be allowed. Rapid Reload and/or Mountain-troll with Lurkers is HORRIFIC with Demoralised. And I have to agree with the ban on Lackey if you allow Orkish Smith, which I personally think is barmy! Having Unforgiving Depths back every turn, Goblin Hordes if it gets discarded  |

People please back to topic.. The tournament in June is in Movieblock-format. So the issue's you mention don't apply then!
Of topic: It would be better if everybody would use the same rulings... This get's confusing! And yes I'm still against banning stuff. It's better to restrict (which actually is also an errata) or to errata them! But this should be handled by the upcomming Players commitee!
