It is not during a skirmish, during a skirmish phase.....so as long as you're not in the regroup, shadow cards can't exert him.

Actually Rainbow Fellowship is very good (People who were in Amsterdam during the last tournament will remember) combined with a nice shadow: Wizards & assignmentcontrol.

There's also a nice New Type Pipeweeddeck and I still think a shadow build around set 16 is extremely underestimated.

At this moment I'm testing a Duo Boromir/Aragorn deck without any other companions. So far it works fine...
