Fellowship:  All about tokens and Gil-Galad.  Some fun stuff like Glimpse of Fate with Haldir, Elrond with Still Needed and Glorfindel to keep GG's actions in check. 

Shadow:  The idea is to let Mauhur, Grima and the Mouth assign themselves to the stronger companions.  Saruman wins his skirmish activating Alatar Deceived.  Nelya can manipulate the site path to activate Radagast Deceived with sites like Mithlond and Neekerbreeker's Bog.  Pallando Deceived is easy to grab.  The Throne of Isengard pumps them.   Urgency is a pump for anybody but Nelya. Gollum is for splash purposes only.

Add:
2 City of the trees (to draw every skirmish 2 Still needed, to loose initiative again  ), Trigger with swords
Leaving forever (if Namarie fails (when Maneuver is skipped because no minion is played) or to draw two Still Needed, or to discard your Uncertain future to get it with 3 token again with Gil-Galad!
Elven Armaments

Shadow:
add more gollums (eg: Skulker)
2 Captured by the Ring (to add threats - funny, because Saruman kills easily with his damage bonuses!)
2 Cunningly hidden (pusher)
2 Led Astray (replaces sites, alternative to Nelya, Adds pool!)
2 Gothmog, Morgul leader (becomes fierce with throne of Isengard, makes 3 wounds on Shelob! (enduring)
2 Shelob, Her Ladyship (better than your self assining minions) Because a comp still has to face her in a skirmish!
A shadow rises - like a permanent minion, especially if followers are transfered (add to the twilight pool)

remove urgency!
If you want your Radagast deceived to trigger, with White hand Exorciser and an  Saruman, you can heal Saruman
