Is Hunter's Block with only cards Hunters, RoS, and T&D or does it include Ages End and Reflections?

It does not include Reflections, but I'm not certain about Ages End.  Someone else will have to answer..

No, it does not. Age's End stands apart from the Blocks and is only legal in Standart / Expanded / Open.
