I know the standard format encompasses sets 10-19, but is there a format that runs only shadows and onward, or am I misinterpreting the standard format?

oh.  I thought standard was 10 and onward.  I guess I was wrong.  I think we should start an 11-19 format.  All copies of the ring and all the ARB's would be available.  I think it would be a fun format.  I know that popular opinion says sets 11-13 were kind of bear, but I thought they were pretty cool.

That's generally how I have most of my standard decks built.  Mainly because I have separate decks specifically for RotK block.
