Just something I threw together kinda quickly

36 cards

4x Desert Runner
4x Desert Sneak
4x Haradrim Marksman
4x Morgul Lurker
2x Southron Marksman
2x Suzerain Of Harad
4x Raider Bow
4x Harsh Tongues
4x Rout
4x War Towers

There you go get the initiative with Harsh tongues and Brute + Ballista is amazing plus all the initiative wounding form the runners and sneaks, southron marksman can add an arrow in a pinch and suzerain can keep your opponent from dumping wounds on the ring-bearer.

Harsh Tongues is sketchy if you can't get the twilight. Also, Red Wrath, nuff said. Thumbs Up You can drop a lot of minions since 4 of everyone isn't necessary, and throw is some more support. Desert Lord + Seasoned Leader is always fun.

Anautikus: Desert Lord is from TT block.

I think you should remove Corsair Ballista because you don't have enough Corsairs. If you want to work with Initiative, you should use Rout. But I'd rather work with threats as they become wounds easily.

I would cut copies of the more expensive guys. Two copies of Suzerain of Harad and two copies of Southron Marksmen should work just fine.

High Vantage, Under Foot, and Rallying Call are all nice cards.

I agree with c10ckw0rk--the Corsair Ballista (and even the Corsair Brute) are unnecessary. Southron Fanatic can be meta-nice in their stead. Also, Morgul Lurker can fit in nicely assuming you have the initiative.
