I think you should go full-blown swarm and run those cheap Uruk-Hai minions.
I just noticed that that card allows new culture Uruks...this has a lot of potential for expanded...

Full blown swarm might be a good idea. I just really don't remember too many set 1-3 Uruks so I was running off memory.
Before you tell me there is a database right there...I was lazy, okay?! -wtk

Ooh! This could make a very cool Uruk Spy/Lost to the Goblins combination! I like it! -wtk

If you don't get enough burdens, you will deck out very quickly... I'd add one more lttg and remove one saruman's power personally, or just make the deck bigger. You could pair it with dwarves and Halls of my home.

You could pair it with dwarves and Halls of my home. Conceptually, I should probably have some Ulaire Enquea, Lieutenant of Morgul considering the burdens getting pounded on. I guess I'm not seeing the hook of Halls of My Home. If I already have a small shadow, why would I want to discard cards each time I look into the deck? Or am I missing something? -wtk

It says you may discard a shadow card, you don't have to. If you don't play anything else during your fellowship phase, you can make sure on your shadow phase you can get a big hit with lttg.

Uruk spy won't work because the ring-bearer won,t put the ring on. Lost to the goblins won't work because the ring-bearer isn't gonna take that much wounds or exertions.

Simple Rainbow swarm. I think it will work. I'd love to see the implications in Movie block. Ulaire Enquea, Ringwraith in Twilight might be even better than shogun Enquea. -wtk

I'd consider putting in some Saruman's Ambitions. I know it kinda clashes with the Saruman's Powers, but you could always just make it a point to use the Ambitions before you power, or you could just decide that it's worth losing them in order to take out your opponent's conditions. The reason I say Saruman's Ambition is because if you get 2 in play, your Hate and Angers will be free. Being that you've got a swarm goin' on here, saving 2 twilight from Hate and Anger means getting another minion out (or perhaps even two). Then, you can use those Ambitions to win skirmishes and/or get overwhelms. It's got all sorts of great options! Uruk Regular is also something to consider, unless it's banned in Fellowship block or something (I don't play Fellowship block, so I don't know).

Uruk Regular is banned from Fellowship block because it is a card from the Two Towers. -wtk

I definitely agree that this deck needs to be bigger. I'd love to see a Movie-block version of this... definitely expands the options for the type of uruks you can swarm with.
