So, let's see:
I wanted to change the strategy a little bit. I mean, gaining life points is a nice strategy, but you don't win if you have 40 life points, so I wanted to concentrate on some very strong Cards like Ghost-Lit Redeemer and added 4x Candles Glow, which is a real Killer in Kamigawa Block only, cus' you have to pay just 2 mana to "Split onto Arcane", which is the leading ability in this new version of the deck. I don't like the honden things, cus' if you want play them, you'll have to make a rainbow "Mirror Galery" Deck to uase them efficiantly. Believe me, I tried them in many different Decks but they are always to random and their use is very limited, so I just kicked them out. Maybe you've seen that the "Saviors" Expansion is the worst of the Kamigawa Block, and that's because of one thing: If you want to use the cards as good as possible, you need many cards in your hand. But only Blue has got a good drawing engine, so in a non-Blue Deck, all these Cards are quiet useless. I also don't like the bringing-back-your-own-creatures-to-your-hand abilities cus' they just make your game slow and predictible, only Haru-Onna has somewhat convinced me, so I let her in the deck. I also removed most of the "soulshift" Cards, cus' they are to slow and expensive, I prefer "Split onto Arcane". It's cheap, and you get two or more things for just one card, so why not? So I added 3x Blessed Breath, cus it's nearly always useful and cheap. And seen one more point? Since the Deck isn't slow but fast and cheap, I can play only 22 Lands cus' that's enough for this fast Deck.
Finally, I added 3x Horizon Seed cus' it gives you the possibility to regenarate your creatures immediatly and for free! and then, I think taht Baku Altar and Hikari, Twilight
Guardian are so powerful so that you just have to play them in this type of a Deck. And to show you how efficiant it is, let's make an example. When you have Horizon Seed on the field and play Vital Surge, splitting on Blessed Brath and Candles Glow and finally, you get 6 life points, regenerating one creature and giving one protection from the colour you desire, and that's with just one card! Even the argument that is costs 5 Mana to make this chain isnt a problem, cus' you can also just cast the spells as well! Then, the Zuberas are really nice, and with having two or three of them dying at the same time, you can easily get 6 tokens and 12 life points.
Well, that's it, and the result is more than nice: A fast swarming spirit Deck with many Tricks with "Split onto Arcane"!

+3 Ribbons of the Reikai
+1 Jushi Apprentice
+1 Uyo, Silent Prophet
+2 Sire of the Storm
+2 Hold the Line
+1 Moonring Mirror
+2 Kiyomaro, first to Stand
Then, with this Deck, I removed the not-so-strong drawing Cards or Cards that just make your hand size bigger. See why? Cus' 3 times Graceful Adept does this job more than well. Also, I added Cards that let you draw more than just one or two Cards, and I also added some really powerful rares. Wnat some examples?
Hold the Line: Really strong. With this cards, you can turn a powerful attack into nothing, destroying all the opponents cratures.
Jushi Apprentice: With a Graceful Adept on the field, I dont think I have to add any more comments.
Uyo, Silent Prophet: A ultimate split onto Arcane for just two, mana,? Imagine this with Ribbons of the Rekai, ouch.. and even the opponent won't play any strong Spells anymore, cus' you can copy them for just two Mana. Really broken.
Moonring Mirror: Playing this Card is difficult, but is really surprising for your opponent if you want to change your hand. Your game becomes unpredictibla and let's you have all you nedd in the current situation.
Kiyomaro, first to Stand: This promo-foil version of this card makes it more valuably, but that's not the point. You see, in this Deck, this card is really overbroken. With seven Cards in your hand, you have a 7/7 vigilance creature which also gives you seven life points with just one attack. Do you want more?
Letting your opponent also drawing cards is stupid, it gives him an advantage for free, so I removed Kami of the Crescent Moon.
That's nearly all, but I also wanted to tell you why I removed all the "sweep" Cards: In a two-colored Deck, it's quite useless!
Updated Deck #3:
1 Ghost-Lit Stalker U -1
2 Gnat Miser C -2
1 Cruel Deceiver* C
1 Hand of Cruelty U
3 Deathmask Nezumi C -3
1 Skull Collector U -1
1 Akuta, Born of Ash R +1
1 Locust Miser U -1
2 Kemuri-Onna U -2
1 Okiba-Gang Shinobi* C
1 Goblin Cohort* C +3
2 Godo's Irregulars U -2
3 Akki Underling C -3

1 Sokenzan Spellblade C -1
1 Honden of Night's Reach* U -1
1 Kagemaro's Clutch C -1
2 Sink into Takenuma C -2
1 Death of a Thousand Stings C -1
3 Barrel Down Sokenzan C -3
1 Flames of the Blood Hand* U
1 Honden of Infinite Rage* U -1
2 Spiraling Embers C -2
1 Thoughts of Ruin R -1
1 Shuko* U -1
13 Swamp* +3
11 Mountain* -5
+4 Nezumi Cutthroat
+3 Nezumi Ronin
+2 Patron of the Nezumi
+3 Bile Urchin
+4 Horobi's Whisper
+4 Rend Flesh
+3 Soulless Revival
+3 Dance of Shadows
+2 Pain Kami
Now, it's time for the last and also least Deck. See, as I explained before, without blue, the strategy of having many cards in your hand is useless if you don't play blue, and the "Sweep" cards are useless in multi-colored Decks. So I re-build the Deck completely, removing 36 Cards and adding 36 new one's. I've just seen the one "Goblin Cohort", so I thought: Let's build a red-black arcane-destruction-swarm Deck! Only a very few Cards survived, but they were all about the same stupid type I was talking about before. So I added a few Rats, cust they have a good cost-performance ratio, and also added 2 Patron of the Nezumi
cus' in Deck with rats and with destrustion, it's a staple. Bile Urchin is nice too, cus' its cheap and it can still be sacrificed after blocking astrong creature.
As in the deck(s) before, I added some "Split onto Arcane"-Cards, cus' they are too strong to not play them. With all these, you can get rid of nearly everything your opponent throws in your way and you can bring back some of your fallen creatures. Dance of the Shadow is a real killer, cus' first, it's arcane, and it's really powerful when your opponent doesn't play black or any artifacts creatures. Last thing to say, Pain Kami is the last possibilty, cus' if you're opponent is playing black spirits, you can't kill them with your spell, so you have to finish them off with Pain Kami.
For any questions, just ask me; 8 years playing MtG has left many memories.
