That would be a very good idea! Back in the Fellowship/Towers era, I traded most of my Power According To His Stature to other people for other power cards...probably a mistake, but whatever. For some reason, I remember it being R-Listed or X-Listed. Anyone?

You know what, I remember it being X-listed for a while too.  But I can't be sure.

Any card that was on the Movie X-List, plus Filibert Bolger and Uruk Regular were on the Towers Standard X-List.

If you want sometime, I will show you my Movie Block Dwarven deck. I don't think you will like it from your vantage.

I just looked at this deck for the first time in quite a while. I cannot believe that not a single person commented on my created title for Thrarin, Dwarven Smith.

It's been several months and I had completely forgotten about that. So forgive me for laughing hysterically at my own (albeit old) joke.

I'd like to laugh but, who is Richard Reed? By the way, this moria deck needs improvement vs wounding decks. Isengard Worker is the man.

Hah this is awesome; with a few subs, you can just turn it into FotR block. But no Dwarven Heart tricks Sad

Most cards that are X-listed I wholeheartedly agree with. The only major exception I can think of is that Sting should be taken off the Movie Block X-List only, seeing as there are other Ring-Bearers available.

I agree to Sting. I remember the argument "you always have a Frodo Ringbearer", but after Reflections, this one isn't such a good argument at all, isn't it?

Anyway, Lord of Rivendell is too strong for movie, of course, but I recently wanted to build a Movie Block Multi-cultural Deck but with Elrond missing....

I don't know if you still play this deck, but whoever plays Moria or swarm in TS should have at least one  copy of Dark Places so you can play your site 7.

it's like Ulaire Nelya, Lieutenant of Morgul. I was also really surprised, but it's an official ruling as you might see here.

I hate Decipher. This is the most stupid ruling ever. It means that I've been cheating when I used Dark Places in movie block to swap sites. Too bad, I'll have to stop playing fun decks such as my Unique Moria Shadow and play Elvents again.

But in TS, back in the day, it was alright to use Dark Places to play your site 7, I think that this rule didn't exist yet.

I' not sure. Maybe check the old decipher homepage from then: http://www.archive.org/ -> search for www.dgma.com. I didn't play LotR TCG then. I was like 8 or 9 years old. Wink

July -> December...

Why bother? It is happening a lot lately, the bringing back of old topics with fairly useless comments..

If someone actually cares that you run your dwarves the same then please forgive me, but I doubt it.

lol i see it's that time of the month for you, eh?

anyways, perhaps i phrased my words incorrectly, i actually wanted to point out the difference of me using Gloin and more tales instead of the "almost the same way" part..

I have mine with gloin, bilbo (the one that discards conditions), Aragorn, Heir of Elendil (for another gandalf signet) among other cards.
Gloin is str 12 with the tales+axes which was great.

Maybe you can just stop reviving dead topics for no reason..

As long as that continues, I will continue to post my annoyance.

Thankfully I can just remove topics started by me, like the two decks that got pointlessly revived recently.

I suppose you're right. You probably just copped my built up frustration. It's happened heaps lately that's all and probably will continue. I'll ignore it from now on.
