I don't think you need to have 4 Elven bow as you only have 2 companions who needs it.

You could also consider adding:

PATHS
Last Alliance
Agility
Another Gimli's Battle Axe.

If you are going to play Baruk Khazad, use some Dwarven allies, as Gimli will look like a very juicy target.

Grimir will make your events go back in the deck, Thrarin is, well he is just Thrarin and Elrond HtGG is due to the the Dwarven Allies extra versatile! Maybe an armor, with Deep of Helm out, and maybe a Broad Bladed sword. Well, a few ideas. I really like your comment TJ, never thought of that :-)
