Need Cards For A Friend's Deck

If anyone remembers CDT PVT Ransom from the other boards, I kinda ripped him off in a trade...I gave him a bunch of cards for stuff like BNaP, Castamir and Marauder FOIL, AE Rin x 3, AE Nertea x 2 and AE Lurtz x 3. In exchange, he got 20 misc cards, including Pallando, but not much else of worth.

So, I'm trying to help him build his deck better and want Expanded-legal cards that can do this.

1). Heal any companion, spotting Gandalf or Hobbits.
2). Choke, spotting Gandalf or Hobbits.

So that's pretty much it.

Here's what I've got that I'm interested in.

Elrond, Herald to Gil-Galad x 2-3 (Auto-heal comps?)
Our Time x 2
Glamdring

If you have any other cards that do something like that, I'm interested.
