With this pool I'll try to pick a name for the magazine among the ideas that many users sent me.

Don't forget to vote! Wink

Cheers!

I voted for "There and Back Again." Sounds great for what we are doing. Smiley

So agree with Kendrick!

Great to see this is gaining momentum and has a place on the message boards - well done!

I voted for There and Back again... the others don't really capture what this magazine is trying to accomplish.

I'm in for the There and back again as well.  I like the name of it, and although it might not be the best name ever, it does capture what we're trying to portray.  We went to the end "officially" with Decipher, and now we're coming back as the LOTR PC Smiley

In that case The Red Book was also a possibility.

Yeah, the reason The Red Book isnt in the choices above is because it's already a book, a magazine and a common merchandise nowdays... So I didnt wanted to do a magazine with a name already existing... Even for copyright purposes... Cause I bet there is no magazine called anything of the above... yet! Cheesy

I still think The Lord of the Rings TCG Monthly Magazine is best. It is to the point, easily translated, and then no one is confused about its purpose.

On record, There and Back Again is on file as an alternate title to The Hobbit. Just throwing that out there.

Yep. However nice "There and Back Again" may seem, there's nothing more classic and simple than "LotR TCG: Monthly Magazine"

Well, the votes don't lie. It will be pretty much like Sharkey is saying, but meanwhile, the magazine is on hold until I get my mac back and finish my semester exams. But there is no rush with it, I guess...

Everything can wait - holidays are coming and once Christmas is over and done with I have most of January to spend with my family and hobbies - can't wait. With lots of people on holidays we might make some more progress with the PC by the end of January I hope.

I have a couple of projects I am working on with friends. I have a programming friend who I hope might be able to make a program to assist in producing v-cards (similar to what is available for Star Trek), I am teaching myself to use Photoshop (not a fan so far) and also investigating some programs thay aid in website design. Don't know how far i will get with them all.

As for the magazine, I would like to see an article about the proposed PC and what we hope to achieve. I am happy to put something together, but maybe there is someone else that would like to volunteer? Let me know it you are otherwise I will put something together over the next few weeks for people to take a look at.
