Lands:
14   Island
4   Creeping Tar Pit
5   Swamp

Creatures:
2   Inkwell Leviathan
3   Wrexial, The Risen Deep
2   Lorthos, the Tidemaker
4   Wall of Frost
4   Clone
4   Hedron Crab
4   AEther Figment
4   Phantom Warrior
1   Kraken Hatchling

Spells:
2   Convincing Mirage
4   Spreading Seas
3   Cancel

Sideboard:
4   Archive Trap
4   Zephyr Sprite
4   Doom Blade
3   Air Elemental

So, basic idea is KO them with a bunch of unblockable damage, cancel their best spells, and use them against them with Wrexial. Control with Wall of Ice, Kraken Hatchling, and use cards like Aether Figment and Phantom warrior to deal some mean unblockable damage.

Vapor Snare and Enclave Elite could possibly fit, and they will have islands, and late game EE would be a killer. However, with the big guys like wrexial I feel this would be a win more type thing. And Vapor Snare is like another clone, but with less utility, and less fun. Mind Control would be better.

Well, it's definitely NOT monoblue, so, I'm not sure if I wait for you to edit it and cut black, or if I edit your title.

Well... it has 4 black cards in the SB, ans 3 gold with a black symbol. I consider that mono-blue, but if you feel differently...

Oh, never realized the last ones are sideboard, it's not identified. The manlands are still not blue, though. Tongue Yes, I nitpick, I know. Wink

Fixed. And the man-land is blue/black. I consider the deck blue with a black splash.

So do I. Cheesy Since you only need ONE source of Black, mostly, why not use the M10 lands instead of swamps?

I redid this deck... I'll post it later, but I have no time right now. I included cards like tidehollow strix and illusary servant, but got rid of Lorthos and Inkwell.
