I know someone has a good slaked thirsts decklist, but I can't seem to find it.
Also, is this deck normally straight Dwarven, or does it use several cultures?

Primarily Dwarven deck.

Muaddib's direct wounding deck . This one does not have Slaked Thirsts, but I think that Prepartions and Slaked Thirsts fit in quite nicely.

Thanks. I think the direct wounding route seems more like what I want to do. I had considered mixing in Elven, Gondor, or Shire, but not all three at once like in Muaddib's deck. I would probably have to remove Aragorn to fit in more Gimli support. I'll try to build something of the like and see how it turns out.

I have made a deck, and it is one of the best I have played with...roughly it is something like this:

2x *Barliman Butterbur, Prancing Pony Proprietor (1U70)
2x *Elrond, Herald To Gil-Galad (3R13)
2x *Gondorian Merchant (7R97)
3x *Aragorn, King in Exile (1P365)
1x *Gandalf, Leader of Men (8R15)
1x *Gimli, Feared Axeman (7R7)
2x *Legolas, Fearless Marksman (7R25)
1x *Sam, Son Of Hamfast (1C311)
1x *Glimpse of Fate (10U12)
1x *Hardy Garrison (10U33)
1x Preparations (7R12)
2x Deep In Thought (3C30)
3x Hard Choice (4U123)
2x Power According to His Stature (1R308)
4x Quick As May Be (4U53)
4x Slaked Thirsts (7U14)
3x Terrible and Evil (7R50)
2x *Aragorn's Bow (1R90)

And Galadriel RB...A whole lot of wounding, and with a lot of healing as well....

To give a bit of an update, I decided on Gimli with elven archery back-up. Unfortunately, it started to turn into a crazy Counter of Foes deck with all of 7 elven support cards.  Embarrassed That being said, it works quite well. I have the capacity to destroy most of the minions I face during the maneuver phase. Usually, its my shadow side that bottoms out on me, and that can be fixed by switching to the more time-honored corsairs.
@GE- I may try something like that soon, but I'm missing a lot of the key cards. I'd need to change a lot and probably move it into expanded.
