Maybe the best Ranger Deck (Freeps only!)

As I really like Fotr Block and I finally have enough time today to post some of my Decks, here comes another one:

Freeps (33):

1x Arwen, Daughter of Elrond (starting)
1x Legolas, Greenleaf (starting)
1x Aragorn, HttWC
3x Boromir, LoG
2x Elrond, LoR
3x Hobbit Stealth
3x Double Shot
3x Gondor Bowmen
3x No stranger to the Shadows
2x Gwemegil
2x The Last Alliance of Elves and Men
2x An Able Guide
2x Flaming Brand
1x Secret Sentinels
1x Aragorn's Bow
1x Blade of Gondor
1x Ranger's Sword
1x Sting

I'm not 100% convinced yet, maybe replacing an Able guide with more Secret Sentinels and Might of Numenor, but else, I don't know much what could stop this Deck.

I'm just curious, how much do you bid to make sure you start and play Aragorn?

I'm worrying that the amount of burden required may be dangerous if you play vs corruption without Sam, SoH.

Otherwise, your deck looks good.

I usually bid 3, and if I don't win, that's no problem at all cus' I play Nazzies as Shadow, and with 4 Burdens on the opponent's Ring-Bearer, winning is really easy.

What if you play vs Nazzies? Sam, SoH would be a good safety measure.

Why no strength buffs? Of course your companions will have high default strength, but....also you'd want healing.

Yeah, Might of Numenor could be interesting or you'll have trouble vs Sauron Wounding and Moria Archery. You could use the Aragorn that heals companion with the Aragorn Signet.

You mean King in Exile? I don't like him so much, and especially, this Deck should also choke a bit, and that's why HttWC is my prefered Gorn.

I thought about might of Numenor lots of times, but the only card I might replace it with was An Able Guide. Otherwise, I could add Herald to Gil-Galad insted of Elrond, LoR

You will run into trouble against Sauron Wounding. I suggest King In Exile and a few Athelas. Add Bill the Pony if you want extra choke. Sam, Son of Hamfast of course.

I like athelas in fotr, guaranteed heals, ditches blade tip and black breath (some cards cost making might of numenor risky), combined athelas with King In Exile is great.

Athelas will be essential when fighting Nazgul, so I agree with that. King in Exile ftw! Choke is nice, but it won't help you much at the final sites.
