The man is right. There's no lists because the cards were released back in they day when Decipher knew what they were doing and play-tested cards. |

Get on GCCG, design some Towers decks, and ask to play some Towers league games. Wait until someone takes you up on the offer. Report results back on TLHH forums and wait for TheJord to update the table. |
