Starting Fellowship: Frodo, Reluctant Adventurer w/ The One Ring, Isildur's Bane Legolas, Son of Thranduil 2x Lorien Elf Fellowship: Aragorn, King in Exile Arwen, Daughter of Elrond Galadriel, Lady of Light Celeborn, Lord of Lorien Rumil, Elven Protector Orophin, Lorien Bowman Dinendal, Silent Scout Aragorn's Bow Bow of the Galadhrim 3x Elven Bow 3x The White Arrows of Lorien The Tale of Gil-galad Elf-Song 2x The Seen and the Unseen 2x Master of Healing 2x Swan-ship of the Galadhrim 2x Double Shot 3x Ancient Enmity 2x Hosts of The Last Alliance Far-seeing EyesThe Mirror of Galadriel Minions: 2x Troop of Uruk-hai 2x Uruk-hai Raiding Party 2x Uruk Rager 2x Uruk Slayer 2x Uruk Warrior 2x Uruk Fighter 2x Uruk Lieutenant 2x Uruk Shaman 3x Uruk Soldier 2x Uruk-hai Sword 2x Hunt Them Down 2x Saruman's Snows 2x Uruk-hai Armory 2x Their Arrows Enrage 2x Saruman's Ambition 2x Uruk-hai Rampage Traitor's Voice Worry Before you post take note of 1 thing. 1. Yes I have Greenleaf, NO I'm not going to use him. Don't bother to say anything about him. Now then, the strategy is pretty clear. Try to kill them in the archery phase. If that dosen't happen, The allies are there to reinforce archery. If that fails, kill off the allies with Swan-ship. Discard as much as you can with The Mirror and Ancient Enmity and Far-seeing Eyes just to be annoying. Legolas + The Tale of Gil-galad + The White Arrows of Lorien + Aragorn So for the minions it's pretty simple. I realize I could add a lot more cards to make it discard more, but I'm going for Half and Half. This deck is mainly geared towards killing large companion decks and Elf decks. Every card is pretty self-explanitory. Questions or Comments?

I would add at least one (probably two) of The Last Alliance of Elves and Men. It'll help you if any minions get past your archery.

If I were you, I'd rather have Sam, SoH than 1 Elf Song. You can kill him instead of having another companion die during a skirmish.

Goods Comments. I'll probably remove Elf Song and The Mirror for Sam and Sting. I do have a Discarding deck. But It's paired with my Dwarven discarding deck. (Expanded)

Care to list that deck up on the forums too? Curious how it works.

I know this is FotR, but did you ever notice how sick Uruk-hai Rampage would be in a berserker deck....

Uruk Shaman? No way! You need Lurtz and Lurtz's Sword.

Um good suggestion, but are you kidding me. How else am I going to heal up before Archery without the Shaman and plus, what are the odds that I'll actually pull Lurtz and his sword at the same time.

I am not kidding you. I have played hundreds on games on GCCG and I haven't seen Uruk Shaman once. I have never used him in any deck I have made. It is probably because he is a very weak minion. Why do you want to heal your Uruks before archery phase anyway? If you have 4 Lurtz, or 3 Lurtz and 2 Uruk Captain and put 2 Swords in the deck, you have good chances of pulling both at the same time.

The point of Uruk Shaman is to heal all of those guys I've had to exert during shadow for Saruman's Snows and Worry. The main point is that this is a REAL LIFE deck. I wouldn't mind adding stuff to change it but it would add to the finishing time and I'm only a couple cards away from finishing. AND none of my friends play FOTR block so it really dosen't matter. But I do Like the idea of Uruk Captain because I think I have an extra one.

I dont see much point in the shadow site. I am missing Saruman, KoI and Savagery to Mtch their Numbers, since we are in FotR they are allowed.

just go uruk rager, uruk soldier, uruk slayer, isengard sword, lurtz's sword, lurtz, saruman, koi, savagery, and a breeding pit or two, that's the best discard.

To be honest, everytime I've tried to use these combos, I've lost. Everytime I've played vs someone who tried to use them, I've won. These combo are very weak compared to everything else you can do in FOTR Block. Worry is still a good card, especially with Uruk Trackers in TS or Movie.
