well, if you want to go this way, i would drop the sauron orc's for they are still roaming at site 4. Point is that you can play what you have in hand. So you need to draw and to filter your deck. Closer and closer he bent makes it possible to get rid of freeps cards, but still, it is a hard task..I mean, 8 minions is all you can drop and 8 weak minions aren't that much....

well, if they run solo frodo or something like that. The point of any deck is to protect the ringbearer. So a decent deck would pack some protection. The Tale of the Great Ring blows your deck, as would a decent archery deck. A deck that has Galadriel is likely to run other elf companions which are likely to be archers...and 9 of your minions have vitality 1..

sure, but again, my point is, you will have almost never 8 shadow cards on hands. If so, you will be able to win, but it is a guess. To swarm means you flood the opponent's fellowship with minions. A good moria swarm is capable of dropping 10-15 minions. I see what you want, but I don't think it will work the way you want to. It is nice to have cheap minions, cause they make you able to ditch them so you will cycle.

Unfortunately, 2 vitality minions die against any Shadowplay deck, and my Elf deck would butcher this one. Find a way to protect them more, or to get at least 10-14 minions out.... that should be enough.

well, go with moria, pack goblin swarms, goblin armory, they are coming and you have a potential swarm deck. If you do not have those cards, add a corsair twist by playing black sails, whcich enables you to play minions for less twilight later when you need them

If you want to go with all 1-cost minions, then yes, you need to pick ones with the lowest site numbers possible. Some ideas....

Site 2:

Ted Sandyman

Site 3:

Dunlending Ravager
Dunlending Rampager

Site 4:

Most you already have mentioned, but also consider Morgul Whelp, Courageous Easterling, Scurrying Goblin, and more Desert Sneak.

Site 5: (probably the highest you should really consider)

More copies of Uruk Foot Soldier

I'd also consider some 2-cost, low site minions, like the Site 2 Goblin Man and Swarthy Sneering Fellow (who combos nicely with the Morgul Whelp), a myriad of Dunland and Isengard Men (Grima, Unferth, Dunlending Brigand, and Dunlending Madman probably being your best bets), and perhaps most promising of all, Gollum! Dark as Darkness and especially Skulker are likely your best choices for him. Thumbs Up

wasn't there a link to a site 2 Evil Men deck somewhere? If do right they are killers but after region 2 you better just hang the deck up if your freeps can run for the win Thumbs Up.

Stupid Swarm is like the one-trick pony that either wallops your opponent in the head or is punted to the glue factory.

I might throw in Gollum with Evil-smelling Fens for hand extension, and Ulaire Enquea, Lieutenant of Morgul for some form of crowd control.

Now it's time for a dumb question (hey, I'm full of them  Roll Eyes): how does Swarthy Sneering Fellow combo with Morgul Whelp?

Perhaps SSF helps get a wound on the RB for the Morgul Whelp to use? Or, he acts as a +4 str pump.

Kralik got it. Assuming the fellowship is running Frodo, SSF is an easy way to get a wound on him most of the time, or at least an easy burden if Frodo puts on the Ring to win.

Worst case, you get another cheap minion to throw into the pack.
