Basically, the point is simple. Smash.

Mountain x 18
Mutavault x 4

Balefire Liege x 4
Battlegate Mimic x 4
Duergar Assailant x 4
Figure of Destiny x 4
Hearthfire Hobgoblin x 4

Rise of the Hobgoblins x 2
Scourge of the Nobilis x 4
Double Cleave x 4
Flame Javelin x 4
Shard Volley x 4

Well...everything is red. Even though there's a bunch of R/W spells, they're all red and can thus all be paid with Red mana. So its unnecessary to run anything other than your typical Mountains. The point is to start swinging, hopefully with a Balefire Liege out so that you can start burning and life-gaining. You've got aggro dudes, and you've got 8 removal, as well as the surprise trick Double Cleave, which when played on an unblocked Battlegate Mimic can have ABSOLUTELY TREMENDOUS effect, can you say swing for 8? If you've got a Scourge of the Nobilis or Balefire Liege out, even better! Then, of course, there's Figure of Destiny, which we all love.

I'd pack Mutavault (perhaps only 2-3) and switch Tarfire for Shard Volley. Also, I kinda miss Tattermunge Maniac, Ashenmore Gouger and Demigod of Revenge... Tattermunge is AMAZING early on, Ashenmore dodges most removal in the format (Nameless Inversion and Shriekmaw, for starters) and Demigod is SO good against the predominant Faeries! Otherwise, seems cool, I like the strategy, and yeah, Figure of Destiny is a monster.

Well, I do not advise playing it in a 3-color or more deck, but as far as 2 colors go, 2-3 can fit it, and for monocolored ones, I'd try to fit in 4, yeah, it's that good.
