If the deck is about Blowfly Infestation, it should pack 4 copies of it. Also, both an article at WotC and one at mtgsalvation from a while back built decks around it, perhaps you could check some of them out for some more ideas, but I believe most of them were BG, since the main plan is to play a lot of one-mana accelerators to have infestation out by turn 2. Kulrath Knight is... amazing in this deck. But I'd play less copies of him and tutor him up with Primal Command (hence, BG).
